About Us
Following many years experience of property administration in the local government sector I have been assisting former business associates with SAP calculations for three years, having set up as a sole trader in 2005.
I undertook training with the National Home Energy Rating (NHER) Authorised SAP Assessor scheme in 2006 and subsequently passed their professional examinations in order that I could undertake SAP calculations independently. Working mainly with professional architects and developers, together with private individuals, I have a broad breadth of experience of providing SAP calculations for many different developments across the country.
In March 2008 my work was assessed as meeting the required level of competence to achieve direct entry to the NHER Accreditation Scheme for On Construction Domestic Energy Assessors (OCDEAs). This allows me to produce On Construction Energy Performance Certificates (OCEPCs) for newly constructed dwellings.
As part of membership of the accreditation scheme I have professional indemnity insurance cover of £2.0m.
I retain my valued contacts with my former business associates and we operate independently as individual businesses but providing professional support, and assistance with peaks and troughs of workload, to each other, as necessary.
