In order to provide you with the service Andrew J Ball offers, for the vast majority of my clients and contacts I currently hold the following information:
I acquire and gather this information from a variety of sources including but not limited to: incoming enquiries, new clients, ongoing projects, suppliers, architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors.
This data is processed through my internal system and is backed up with a secure storage facility.
Your information will only ever be used for legitimate business purposes.
By agreeing to an energy assessment of your property, you are consenting to the processing of data in accordance with our legal obligations under the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations. This data may be considered personal. All data collected will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of personal data and privacy. This data may also be processed by Elmhurst Energy (Government approved accreditation body), as part of their quality surveillance activities. As part of the legal basis to process personal data Energy Assessors are required to securely maintain and store assessment data for a period of no less than 15 years following assessment, in accordance with Elmhurst Energy’s Code of Conduct. The Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations requires a copy of all Energy Certificates to be lodged on the appropriate national Register but this does not identify the occupier, nor disclose personal information.
I will not transmit your information to other parties unless it is required to fulfil contracted works. All data disclosures will only be relevant to the particular requirements of the contracted works
I do not engage in bulk electronic marketing.
This information will be handled in accordance with the guidelines of the GDPR and again will only be relevant to the requirements of providing my services. I will never sell your information to third parties. My data is stored on secure password protected laptops and in a secure office archive store.
